Rui is a Lean and Continuous Improvement specialist who has learned the best methodologies and tools while working for Kaizen Institute, a well-known Japanese multinational company in the Continuous Improvement Sector. With more than 50 projects managed and implemented, he was able to transform organizations from Portugal to Spain, Bulgaria, and China. The impact of his work brought over 10M USD in yearly savings to his clients in the past 5 years. Recently, Rui has put on standby his PhD Scholarship at MIT Portugal Program to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship and to guide startups and young companies reach their goals.
